1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To process a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • The original invoice must be provided.
  • All tags, including price tags, wash-care labels, brand labels, and original packaging, must be included.
  • The item must be in unused, unwashed, undamaged, and resalable condition.
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, perfume, stains, alteration, damage, or other tampering will not be accepted.

2. Important Information

  • No cash refunds will be issued. Exchanges only.
  • Items purchased during promotions will be exchanged based on the promotional price.
  • Please check your order upon delivery and report damages or defects within 48 hours.
  • Complaints raised after 48 hours will not be eligible for exchange.
  • If the item has a proven manufacturing defect, KARA will arrange a free courier pickup.
  • Exchanges will be processed depending on stock availability.

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Lingerie
  • Hosiery (socks and stockings)
  • Swimwear
  • Accessories (caps, hats, belts, ties, scarves, etc.)
