Delivery Locations
We deliver island-wide across Sri Lanka.
All orders are packed and dispatched based on item availability. If an item becomes unavailable, our team will contact you for further instructions before proceeding.
KARA currently does not support Cash on Delivery (COD).
All orders must be paid online at checkout.
Delivery Time
- Orders will be delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on the location.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Our courier partner may contact you prior to delivery to confirm the delivery time.

Orders weighing over 1 kg may incur an additional courier charge depending on the courier’s rate.
Address Changes
Delivery will be made to the address you provided at checkout.

Please note: Address changes may cause shipping delays, but we will do our best to minimize them.
Undelivered Orders
If delivery attempts fail or if the parcel cannot be delivered:
- Prepaid orders will be rescheduled for delivery where possible.
- If the courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts, the parcel may be returned to us.
- We will arrange redelivery once reconfirmed by you. Additional delivery charges may apply depending on the situation.
Changes at the Time of Delivery
- We do not allow product changes or modifications at the time of delivery.
- If you wish to change your order, please inform us before dispatch.
- If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may request an exchange within 2 days, following our Return & Exchange Policy, provided the item is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
