1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To process a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- The original invoice must be provided.
- All tags, including price tags, wash-care labels, brand labels, and original packaging, must be included.
- The item must be in unused, unwashed, undamaged, and resalable condition.
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, perfume, stains, alteration, damage, or other tampering will not be accepted.

2. Important Information
- No cash refunds will be issued. Exchanges only.
- Items purchased during promotions will be exchanged based on the promotional price.
- Please check your order upon delivery and report damages or defects within 48 hours.
- Complaints raised after 48 hours will not be eligible for exchange.
- If the item has a proven manufacturing defect, KARA will arrange a free courier pickup.
- Exchanges will be processed depending on stock availability.
3. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Lingerie
- Hosiery (socks and stockings)
- Swimwear
- Accessories (caps, hats, belts, ties, scarves, etc.)
